Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Half & Half (or Milk)
  2. 8 Eggs
  3. 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  4. 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  5. 1/4 Cup Green Onions
  6. 1/4 Cup Crumbled Bacon
  7. 3/4 Cup Spinach
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Fry & Crumble Bacon.
  3. Chop Vegetables.
  4. Shred Cheese.
  5. Beat all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  6. Grease 9x13 Pyrex cake-pan.
  7. Pour ingredients in to cake-pan.
  8. Bake @ 350 Degrees for 40 minutes (or until done). Poke with a fork or tooth pick to test done-ness. When removing the fork/toothpick there should not be any wet material stuck to it (like testing a cake)
